Shipping policy

All letters are mailed on the business day closest to the 10th and 25th of the month via first class mail.  All postage prices are included in cost of Dear Alex subscription.

Subscriber is solely responsible for providing and maintaining accurate delivery address information.Subscriber must notify Dear Alex immediately of any address changes through our designated communication channels. Dear Alex is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undelivered letters due to incorrect or outdated address information provided by Subscriber. No refunds or credits will be issued for letters sent to incorrect addresses due to Subscriber's failure to update address information.
